Mentorship
The ‘Open Table’ is a national mentorship model we utilize to connect one youth aging out of foster care with 6-8 caring adults in our community. "Tables" meet together once a week over the course of a year. As of January 2023, we've connected 10 youth and nearly 70 volunteer mentors, redirecting life trajectories towards positive change! We look forward to many more to come!
