Quick & Healthy Family Recipes
Introducing a New Layer of Support: Simple & Healthy Cooking!
We are excited to introduce another way to support our youth and families—helping you create simple, healthy, and delicious meals with ease! This page is dedicated to recipes that can be made using electric appliances like slow cookers, air fryers, and hot plates—making cooking accessible no matter your kitchen setup.
Best of all, every ingredient featured in these recipes can be found in our James Storehouse Food Pantry or at your local grocery store. Our goal is to empower you with easy, nutritious meal ideas that fit into busy schedules while supporting overall well-being. The recipes were curated by our graduate-level interns in nutrition and health science at pepperdine university, supervised by dr. Delano.
