Transitional Housing Program
Safe housing is the number one need of youth aging out of foster care. In response, James Storehouse has opened two beautiful transitional homes. Our first home opened in 2020 and is designed for transitional aged females ages 18-26. Another especially vulnerable population are former foster youth who are pregnant or parenting. In response, our second home opened in February 2024 providing a safe, nurturing environment for these moms and their babies. Live-in Resident Directors oversee both homes. Our goal is to help youth thrive and transition successfully to independence.
